1. Project Completion & Responsibility
Once the business profile, website, or any related service is completed and delivered, Indian E-Web Services will not be responsible if the profile or service is later suspended, disabled, or stopped due to any reason beyond our control.
2. Third-Party Modifications
If, after completion of our work, the client engages any third-party company or individual to make changes, and the service (GMB, website, or profile) gets suspended or stops working, Indian E-Web Services will not be held responsible.
3. GMB & Website Requirement
For Google My Business (GMB) creation through our company, having a website is mandatory. Website renewal is charged on a yearly basis. If the client does not renew the website on time and the GMB gets suspended or disabled, Indian E-Web Services will not be liable.
4. Renewal Delay & Penalty
If the client fails to renew services such as domain, hosting, or website on time, a penalty charge will be applicable as per the domain or service provider’s policies.
5. Unauthorized Changes
If the client makes any changes to the business profile, website, or related services after project completion and the profile gets suspended or faces issues, Indian E-Web Services will not be responsible.
6. GMB Number Validity
For GMB services, the provided contact number validity period is approximately 2–3 months from the time it goes live. After this period, number-related issues will not be the company’s responsibility.
7. Website Renewal Charges
Website renewal charges start from ₹5,000 per year and may vary depending on domain, hosting, and additional services chosen by the client.
8. Non-Refundable Booking Amount
Any booking amount or advance paid to Indian E-Web Services is non-refundable under all circumstances.
9. Client-Provided Content
Indian E-Web Services is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of content, images, or information provided by the client.
10. Service Timelines
Project timelines may vary depending on client cooperation, approvals, and availability of required information. Delays caused by the client will not be counted as company delay.
11. Search Engine & Platform Policies
Indian E-Web Services does not guarantee rankings, approvals, or uninterrupted services on platforms such as Google, hosting providers, or third-party tools, as they operate under their own policies.
12. Policy Updates
Indian E-Web Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
